Day 1 Vancouver
Upon disembarkation of your cruise, you will depart by private motorcoach for a half-day sightseeing tour of Vancouver. The tour will take you through Gastown and North America's second largest Chinatown. Visit the world-famous, 1,000-acre Stanley Park and stop at the Totem Poles and Prospect Point, which offers a spectacular view of Lions Gate Bridge. Tour along English Bay Beach to Granville Island. This stop offers a cultural mixture of galleries, shops, restaurants, and the always-popular public market, where you will have some free time to explore on your own.

Day 2 Vancouver to Victoria with Butchart Gardens & BC Ferry
Please be ready in the hotel lobby five minutes prior to your noted pick-up time. Board your chartered motorcoach for a full-day sightseeing tour over to Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia.
Enjoy a 90-minute cruise on BC Ferries across the Strait of Georgia and through the picturesque Gulf Islands. Upon arrival in Swartz Bay, the tour will continue onto the world-renowned Butchart Gardens with their 50-acre display of magnificent color and floral arrangements (admission not included). Here you will have free time to explore. Re-boarding your coach, the tour continues onto downtown Victoria. Highlights en route include the Inner Harbour, Beacon Hill Park, the Parliament Buildings and the Fairmont Empress Hotel. Upon arrival in Victoria’s Inner Harbour, you will have free time to explore before re-boarding the coach for the transfer back to Vancouver. Driver gratuities are included.

Day 3 Vancouver to Kamloops
Early this morning, you will be transferred by motorcoach to the station from your hotel. Your pick-up times will be provided with your final travel documents. Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Vancouver Station at 7:30 am PT. Travel from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia’s interior.
On today’s journey, you will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley, through forests and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade Mountains, to the desert-like environment of the BC Interior. Highlights include the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon and the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River. Breakfast & lunch are included onboard.
Your day concludes as the Rocky Mountaineer travels along the shores of Kamloops Lake into Kamloops between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm PT. Upon arrival at the Kamloops Station, you will be transferred by motorcoach to your overnight accommodation. Spend the evening exploring the city of Kamloops or relaxing in your hotel room.

HOTEL: Upon check-in for your train departure you will receive a boarding pass, which will indicate your Kamloops accommodation. Your accommodation in Kamloops will be of a moderate standard, but will include all the essential amenities to make your stay comfortable.

Day 4 Kamloops to Banff
Early this morning, you will be transferred by motorcoach to the station from your hotel. Your pick-up times will be provided with your final travel documents.
Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Kamloops Station at 6:25 am PT, to continue your journey east to the mighty Canadian Rockies and the province of Alberta. Travel across ranchlands, along rocky lakeshores, over high mountain passes and through the remarkable tunnels that form part of the rich rail history of the Canadian Rockies.
Highlights include Craigellachie, where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven, the climb over Rogers Pass, the Kicking Horse Canyon, the Spiral Tunnels and, the glaciers and snow-capped peaks of the Canadian Rockies.
Continue on to your final destination in Banff. Please note, you will not disembark the train at Lake Louise. Our expected arrival time in Banff will be between 8 pm and 9:30 pm.

Day 5 Banff/Lake Louise
Please be ready in the hotel lobby five minutes prior to your noted pick up time. Enjoy a full-day personalized guided tour of the Banff area. Your knowledgeable driver will help you plan your own itinerary highlighting local points of interest. Board a motorcoach for a sightseeing tour through Yoho National Park to view some of its magnificent natural wonders en route to Banff. Among the points of interest are the Spiral Tunnels, the turquoise serene waters of Emerald Lake and a natural Rock Bridge spanning the Kicking Horse River. Driver gratuities are not included.

Day 6 Banff to Calgary
Today, you will enjoy a full-day tour concluding at the Calgary Airpot. Begin the morning with a sightseeing tour of Banff. Among the points of interest are Bow Fall, Lake Minnewanka, Surprise Corner and the Hoodoos, Banff Gondola included.
After departing Banff, you will transfer directly to the Calgary Airport. A boxed lunch will be provided.
Please arrange your flight back home to depart after 3:00 pm.
